This nice 40 m2 loft is on the 6th and last floor of an Historic Renaissance palace with Elevator. It has a brand new kitchen fully equipped, it can accommodate 4 people (2 in the bedroom on the mezzanine and 2 in the living room on the sofa bed), bathroom with shower, Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi.
The elevator goes straight to the 6th floor, then there are 3 steps on the stairs to reach the entrance door.
Inside you will find the living room in front of you and the brand new bathroom (with a very spacious shower) to the right.
Further ahead to the right there is the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen.
The bedroom is on the mezzanine.
It is 5 minutes walking stance from the Ponte Vecchio and The uffizi gallery and from 10 to 20 minutes walking distance from all the others main monuments and museums.
Clean sheets and towels are included and they will be provided according to the number of guests.
Cleaning is entrusted to a professional company that will provide certified sanitization for each stay.

At its heart lies Piazza Santo Spirito, setting for the city’s most recognizable church facade, a small daily market and a buzzy nightlife scene; the terraces of its restaurants and bars make great spots for people watching.
