The Signoria Florentine Apartment is a charming apartment located on the third floor of a historic building on via dei Magazzini. The building does not have an elevator, and the street name references the warehouses of Florentine merchants that existed on the ground floor of the Badia Fiorentina complex in the sixteenth century.

The apartment is ideal for couples or solo travelers seeking a comfortable place to call home while exploring the city. Upon entering, you will find the living room with plenty of natural light, a sofa, a dining table, and a TV (with a Firestick). To the right is the bathroom with a shower and a brand new washing machine, while the bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and a window facing via dei Magazzini is on the left. On the other side of the living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchenette with all the essentials for preparing meals and access to a small terrace, perfect for enjoying meals or a glass of wine.

Access to the apartment is from the third and last floor of the building. Despite being located in the heart of the historical center of Florence, the place is quiet. The living room has heating and air conditioning.

The apartment is situated just a stone's throw away from Piazza della Signoria. From the bedroom window, you can see Palazzo Vecchio on one side and the Duomo on the other. All of the main sites and attractions are just a few steps away. In the Piazza della Signoria, you will find the well-known loggia with statues that recall important events and myths of the city, as well as the Fountain of Neptune, the entrance to Palazzo Vecchio, the replica of David, the famous bronze equestrian statue, and the Gucci museum. The image gallery of the famous Uffizi Gallery is also adjacent to the square.

Although the apartment is in the heart of the city center, it is located on a very quiet street. Clean laundry sheets and towels will be provided according to the number of guests.
