The balcony faces the building’s quieter rear, giving extra space to the apartment.
Air conditioning is present only in the living room and in the master bed-room. The other two bedrooms are equipped with fans.
The apartment has full accessibility for people with disabilities. An electric chair helps get passed the flight of stairs. Then the apartment is all on one level and the bathroom is equipped with weight supports by the WC and the shower.

Here is the easiest route to reach the apartment. Board any train departing from Santa Maria Novella that passes through Firenze Campo di Marte station.
You can purchase a ticket from the machine for 1.70 euros, or a bus ticket in any tobacco shop. Alternatively, if you are traveling light, it's a 30-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella. Campo di Marte is 400 meters away from the apartment.
Parking in this area is much easier than in the city center. Consider than blue lines are paid parking (8am to 8pm, free at night) and white lines are for residents. In the same road of the apartment there is a garage if private parking is desired.
