The suite is a spacious room with a big window plenty of light, a brand new kitchenette and a spacious bathroom, that makes it a bright, welcoming and cosy apartment.
The room contains a double bed (160x200 cm), a smart TV and air conditioning. The apartment has just been totally renovated with the new kitchenette equipped with induction stove top, fridge, kettle etc., ample storage, a new bathroom with hand-basin console, WC and a very spacious shower.
Clean laundry Sheets and towels will be provided according to the number of guest.
You access to the loft is from the third floor (with a lift), there is an automated door with code that allows you to check in whenever suits you better starting from 3pm. The place is quiet although you are right in the historical center of Florence.
Placed in the Oltrarno neighborhood (Which means  on the other side of the Arno River, the side opposite of the river to the Duomo) , the boho-chic neighbourhood of Santo Spirito is Florence’s most captivating quartiere and one of the last corners of the city where you can still breathe an air of ‘vecchia Firenze’. At its heart lies Piazza Santo Spirito, setting for the city’s most recognisable church façade, a small daily market and a buzzy nightlife scene; the terraces of its restaurants and bars make great spots for people watching.
