This ideal retreat allows you to immerse yourself in local life while remaining within easy walking distance of the train station and all major attractions. The flat accommodates up to four guests (two double beds), making it perfect for couples or small groups.
Our two-bedroom apartment is situated on the second and top floor of a quaint 19th-century building. It features two double beds (one king size and one queen size) and can comfortably host up to four guests, though the second bedroom is a mezzanine that offers limited privacy. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.
Recently refurbished, the flat beautifully reflects our passion for interior design, travel, and authenticity. The unique charm of the apartment comes from its combination of distressed and whitewashed walls, vintage and ethnic furnishings, eclectic art, high ceilings, and wooden floors.

The apartment is bright and cozy, nestled on a quiet backstreet, ensuring a peaceful retreat after a day of exploration.

Unlike typical vacation rentals, our flat is filled with memories and surprises, often described by guests as a “home away from home.” It is designed for those seeking a break from the hectic pace of life and who wish to truly experience Florence.

Comfort and Safety Notes:
Please be aware that, like many buildings in Florence, there is no lift. Accessing the flat requires climbing two flights of stairs, approximately 20 steps in total. The second flight is a bit steep, so the flat may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues. While stylish, the apartment is not very child-friendly due to stairs, sharp edges, and fragile decorations. Children under 7 are not allowed. The apartment is equipped with central heating and air conditioning; however, due to rising energy prices, we kindly ask guests to be mindful of their usage and to turn off the AC when leaving the flat.

Placed in the Oltrarno neighborhood (Whic means  on the other side of the Arno River, the side opposite of the river to the Duomo) , the boho-chic neighborhood of Santo Spirito is Florence’s most captivating quartiere and one of the last corners of the city where you can still breathe an air of ‘vecchia Firenze’. At its heart lies Piazza Santo Spirito, setting for the city’s most recognizable church facade, a small daily market and a buzzy nightlife scene; the terraces of its restaurants and bars make great spots for people watching.
