In case of invalid credit card the booking will be authomatically canceled in 24h.
At check-in a credit card will be requested to be registered as a guarantee in case of damage.
STANDARD RATE
Free cancellation 7 days (or more) before the arrival*.
Cancellation 6 days before the arrival 50% refund*.
Cancellation 24h before the arrival 0% refund.
*(excluding costs of credit card transaction, from 2% to 5% depending on the credit card).

In case of reservations via OTA (Airbnb, Booking, Expedia, Vrbo...) the cancellation conditions may vary and are indicated on the relevant site where the booking was made.
At check in it will be requested to pay the tourist tax (5.5 euro each person per day, for a maximum of 7 days, children under 12 do not have to pay).
All guests must show their passport (or ID) at check in.
The guest who made the reservation will also signa a digital contract, in compliance with Italian law regulating the tourist rentals.
Guests are always welcome. To make things easier for us try not to check in too late.
We apply a late check in fee to be paid at your arrival.
We don't want more money, we just try to avoid late arrivals, but when it is not possible those are the fees:
from 8pm to 10pm : 20 €
from 10pm to 00am: 40 €
from 00am: 60 €
For stay longer than 10 days utilities are not included.
